Simon has been in the building industry for over 20 years with a National Certificate in Carpentry and Adult Education he is also a Certified carpentry trainer with NZQA AND BCITO. All this makes him an ideal building inspector.
Outside of working his interests are farming, hunting, and fishing family and friends.
His wife Sarndra is a Certified Trainer in Hospitality and Customer Service as well as holding level 6 Health and Safety papers. Given her background she ably handles the administration, accounting and scheduling of Simon’s home inspection work.
Their eldest son Simon, also known as Buddy, has a background in sales and carpentry and is the Referral and Promotions Liaison person for the clients and stakeholders.
